Seeder
There are different types of seed planter machine, the main difference being mechanical drive versus hydraulic/electric drive.
In a mechanically driven system, the unit works by having a small suspended tire driven by another tire that is in contact with the ground (drive) tire. When the operator sets the planter down, the two tires come into contact and the planter begins to work. As the driven wheel begins to turn, it turns a series of gears that determine the amount of seed to be produced. The operator can change the gears to vary the amount of seed to be sown.
The hydraulic drive system was introduced to correct the deficiencies of the ground drive system. The hydraulically driven system allows the operator to change populations on the road and also allows the computer controller to operate on individual fields according to a prepared prescription. The system also allowed plant populations to be unlimited, as the mechanical gear system was limited to a set number of population settings and gears provided by the manufacturer.
A no till planter is a planting equipment driven by a tractor. Usually a seeding drill has a tube containing seeds. The plough blade cuts the soil, the seeds in the tube fall into the soil and then the soil is covered directly with a harrow. Ours combines all functions in one, and in addition to that it can also complete the fertilizing process at the same time.
